I have used Merrick Construction for 4 separate jobs in my home. Each time, I have found Justin and his team to be polite, efficient and tending to the smallest detail. Not only did I rely on Justin to oversee first-rate work, but I used his experience and ideas to come up with a great design. He came up with ideas that I wouldn't have thought of, and the end result was stunning. I felt the price given to me was MORE than fair- and was not a penny more than what was quoted. All of his team were focused on being tidy- they cleaned up after themselves every day, leaving nothing for me to do. I feel that Justin has an excellent work ethic and wanted nothing more than making me satisfied with the end result. (all the while working within the industry standards). I have used Merrick Construction & Design twice now and have been so pleased with the whole process both times. Any sort of renovation can be extremely stressful, but not with Justin Merrick and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. All of Justin’s team were true professionals- showed up on time, kept me informed of what was happening, cleaned up after themselves and even paid close attention to Covid precautions.
